Construction underway on Gasworks Commercial Office

FKP has started construction on Queensland's First Six Star Green Star Commercial Office building by Design, marking the birth of the Gasworks community. The world class building scheduled for completion in 2010 will become home to Energex Limited, one of Australia's largest electricity suppliers.

Designed by Cox Rayner, the building at 33 Breakfast Creek Road consists of 31,885sqm, including six storeys of office accommodation and 2,200sqm of ground floor retail.
